The staff was friendly check in was flawless. The liby is warm and Inviting. The coffee is surprisingly pretty good and available all day for free. Breakfast was pretty good .room had a view of the bay. Also Thstsa Pizza is right next door the best pizza in Traverse City.

I must say I was not expecting such a wonderful experience! All that you hope to find in the big name hotels were found in the Sleep Inn. Every staff member were so genuinely kind, friendly and courteous. The property was neat and clean, the hot breakfast was delicious and offered a large selection of items and the room was extremely comfortable. We were there for 5 nights and totally enjoyed this gem of a hotel and can't wait to return!!

Clean room, comfortable beds, great location across from Little Traverse Bay! Adirondack chairs available to watch the stunning sunsets, such a beautiful location! Great hot breakfast: waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Super nice staff attending to breakfast needs including asking if she could get us anything else and clearing our plates, etc. So pleasant and appreciated! Indoor heated pool and spa hours were great; open 24 hrs for adults, until 11pm for kids. We really appreciated these hours and took advantage of this amenity. All of this at a great price per night (Sunday/Monday)!

The room was spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and easy access. We stayed on the third floor so we were happy to see an elevator. The lobby and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located. Only about four miles to the airport. After dropping my friend off at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was able to get a few more hours sleep before the 11:00 check out time. We noticed that there was a coin operated laundry facility on the premises for guests, which was nice. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. I missed breakfast, but was too comfortable to get up.

Location was 5-6 miles from downtown & a relief from traffic & noise. Breakfast was excellent with wide selection & staff available to address needs. TV well placed & other amenities worked well.

The staff was very friendly and even gave a few recommendations. Breakfast good with lots of options. All vending machines and ice machines worked. Close enough to town but nor too far either. Didn't have to deal with alot of traffic and right across from the water. Plenty of outdoor seating to watch the sunset or the northern lights like we had the opportunity to do 2 nights in a row. They have a 24 hour pool and hot tub. 24 hour coffee, tea and hot cocoa bar with all the extras for it. Additional snacks behind the counter for purchase as well.

Nothing bad to say. Spacious and clean room, pet friendly, 5KM walking trail starts in their parking lot, free breakfast that had lots of hot options, surprisingly comfortable bed, pool and jacuzzi open 24 hours, great location and a close drive to everything in Traverse City area. We will be back next year.

We LOVED the pet friendly facilities. The staff was absolutely amazing and the fella in the breakfast area was the nicest! He was wishing everyone a great day and making sure they had enough to eat. The pool was perfect for the kids, and I loved that it was open late and the adult only hours.

Everything is whats expected fir the price. The hotel does show age, however that is not to say it looks worn. It has obviously been very well maintained. You can just tell it hasn't been renovated in a long time, however as I stated it is very well maintained and clean which strikes a higher card for me than aesthetics. Brian at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good for what it is.

I heard the people above me walking around. Also, the water had a sulfur smell to it but your staff was phenomenal. I asked for recommendations of restaurants they were great. They had cookies at the front counter. I would recommend it, but you were a little pricey, and I recognize I was there for a local event..
